Usage Instructions:
- Mixing Ratio: Add the Flex Additive Concentrate to Monocure3D Resin at the recommended ratio of 20:80. Stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution. (For example, mix 20 grams of Flex Additive with 80 grams of Monocure3D Resin. To make 1000 grams, mix 200 grams of Flex Additive with 800 grams of hard Resin.) Adjust the ratio as needed to achieve the desired level of flexibility.
- Printing: Use the mixed resin in your DLP or MSLA 3D printer as usual. Adjust print settings if necessary to accommodate any changes in resin viscosity.
- Colour: Mixing a clear product into a pigmented product may slightly alter the final colour of the printed parts.
- Post-Processing: Follow standard post-processing procedures for Tensile Resin prints. Once the model is cured and cleaned, the enhanced flexibility and impact resistance will be evident.
